On October 14, 2026, Pope Francis delivered a message marking the conclusion of the conference commemorating the tenth anniversary of the apostolic exhortation "Amoris Laetitia." In his address, he expressed gratitude to the bishops, families, and all participants for their prayers and collaborative efforts during the event. He highlighted the value of sharing experiences and attentive listening as gifts to the entire Church.

The Pope specifically thanked families for discussing their joys, challenges, and hopes, as well as the leaders of the Eastern Catholic Churches and the presidents of bishops' conferences for their preparation and dedication to the conference. He indicated that he would review the outcomes of their discussions and share his reflections at an appropriate time.

He encouraged participants to share their experiences and insights within their respective bishops' conferences and parishes, urging them to draw from the richness of "Amoris Laetitia" as they continue to proclaim the Gospel alongside families. Pope Francis expressed a desire for families to be actively involved in the life and mission of their local churches, serving as a guide in discerning the path forward. He concluded by promising spiritual support and encouragement to all members of their communities, asking for prayers in return.
