A Conversation with John Rhys-Davies

We’ve seen John-Rhys Davies in plenty. He was Sallah in the Indiana Jones movies. (“Asps. Very Dangerous. You go first.”) He was Gimli in The Lord of the Rings films. (“No one tosses a dwarf!”) But we’ve heard him plenty, too—perhaps without even knowing it. In addition to his work as Gimli, he voiced Treebeard in LOTR.
