Toledo Church Responds to Train Accident

The Church of Toledo is actively supporting victims of the tragic train accident in Urda, which has claimed 69 lives to date. Auxiliary Bishop and Secretary General of the Spanish Episcopal Conference, César García Magán, emphasized the need for the church to embody a "Samaritan church" during this crisis.

The community of Urda has shown remarkable solidarity, with plans for a funeral mass to be held near the accident site this Saturday. A state funeral is expected to follow, likely presided over by the Royals at Toledo Cathedral in the near future.
