# Commemoration of Saint Martin of Tours on October 25

The Orthodox wall newspaper No. 43 (879) announces the commemoration of Saint Martin of Tours, bishop of Tours, on October 25. It includes a sermon on the Gospel reading and an article by Protopriest Sergey Baranov discussing the influence of television and the internet on children. Additionally, the Pravmir Foundation shares a touching story about a child named Serafim who cried upon hearing a boiling kettle, prompting parents to weep as well.

The publication encourages congregations to print and display the wall newspaper weekly, as it may inspire reflection and action among passersby. Patriarch Kirill has called for the use of the Pravmir wall newspaper in parish ministry.
