North Dakota Will Fight for Abortion Ban in Court to Save Babies

On Tuesday the North Dakota Supreme Court will hear an appeal of Judge Bruce Romanick’s September 12, 2024, decision striking down the state’s law which, as Ingrid Duran, NRL’s Director of State Legislation, explained “protects unborn children throughout gestation from abortion, except to prevent the death of the mother as well as other exceptions.”Judge Romanick, who writes reliably pro-abortion decisions, wrote in his 24 page decision, “The abortions statutes at issue in this case infringes on
