What should Christians think about abolishing the federal Department of Education?

One of my favorite questions to ask conservatives is “which federal departments would you abolish?” My favorite five are (in order): 1) the Department of Education, 2) the Environmental Protection Agency, 3) the Department of Energy, 4), the Internal Revenue Service, 5)  the Department of Commerce.
