Supreme Court Upholds Executive Authority In Immigration Cases

In Mullin V. Al Otro Lado, the U.S. Supreme Court reviewed cases that had been brought on behalf of asylum seekers who had been turned away at the border. The plaintiffs argued that under the Immigration a
