BREAKING: Supreme Court Delivers 8–1 First Amendment Victory

A major Supreme Court victory was handed down today. In an 8–1 decision in Chiles v. Salazar, the Court ruled in favor of free speech, religious freedom, and the right to seek talk therapy aligned with one’s beliefs. Family Policy Alliance was part of this win. Since 2013, alongside our network of state Family Policy Councils, we have worked to oppose unconstitutional bans on talk therapy.
