If we are not careful, the betrayal of the past can lead us to make secret vows or lock up our hearts in a way that is deleterious to our lives. Betrayal tests whether we have God-security or man-security. God-security understands that people are weak and fallible. God-security knows that people will fail us, but that God never fails us. It
