How long, O you sons of men, will you turn my glory to shame? How long will you love worthlessness and seek falsehood? – Psalm 4:2How does glory turn to shame? Glory turns to shame when glory becomes the object of our love and affection instead of God. Moses warned the tribe of Israel about turning away from God after He blesses them; He warned them against thinking that their blessing came by their own power and might (Deuteronomy 8:11-17).
